Booking and quotes
Every engagement starts with a complimentary 30-minute style conversation. Services are booked only after that conversation and a written quote, so you always know the exact scope and price before anything is committed. Published price ranges on this site describe typical scope; your written quote is the number that counts.
The style conversation carries no obligation
The conversation is free, and it obligates you to exactly nothing. If the recommendation doesn’t feel right (or the timing isn’t right), you simply don’t book, and we part as friends.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Life happens; closets wait. You can cancel or reschedule a session at no charge with at least 48 hours’ notice. Inside 48 hours, a rescheduling or cancellation fee may apply; the specific terms for your engagement are stated in your written quote.
Your clothing budget
Your clothing budget is separate from my service fees. You set it, you control it, and purchases are made in your own accounts unless we agree otherwise in writing. My fee never depends on how much you spend on clothes.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, where the studio is based.
